Ginger Peanut Slaw

A fresh summer slaw adventure...

1 head Asian cabbage, chopped in slaw-style strips
2T veganaise
4T diced candied ginger
2T ginger marmalade
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Tailor the amounts above to your taste, mix it all up in a bowl, and eat it on a sunny deck.
