Sauteed Zucchini with Fresh Parsley




What could be better on a summer day than fresh zucchini with fresh parley (straight from my pseudo patio garden)... maybe the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies we had for dessert?

INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini and summer squash (if you have it)
Fresh parsley
Olive Oil
Garlic
Salt & Pepper

Heat olive oil and garlic
Add zucchini (summer squash)
Saute until you soft (but not flimsy)
Salt and Pepper to taste

** I'm starting to think that there is something to making recipes that have 7 ingredients or less AND 7 steps or less.
