Quinoa Almond Berry Pancakes


Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 mixture of any other gluten free flours (I used 1/4 cup oat flour and 1/4 cup rice flour)
2 large eggs
2 T canola or coconut oil
1/2 cup milk
2 T syrup
optional berries (I scattered them on top right before I flipped the pancakes)
